Operating Conditions
Concrete weight coating is designed to provide negative buoyancy for offshore pipelines. Density can be varied to provide the appropriate level of buoyancy control. Reinforcement cages are used and various coating thickness' can be achieved. The product has been applied over all corrosion protection coatings as well as insulation coatings.
Application and Standards
The product is applied by the wrap, impingement or Vibrodens® processes to meet client specifications.
